Nazara has invested Rs 982 crore to acquire a 47.7% stake in PokerBaazi’s parent, Moonshine Technology. This includes Rs 592 crore in secondary share purchases and a Rs 150 crore primary share investment. PokerBaazi, generating 85% of Moonshine’s revenue, reported 340,000 monthly active users and Rs 414.9 crore in FY24 revenue.
