🚀 2025 में Indian Startup Ecosystem में Leadership बदलाव तेज,

साल 2025 भारत के startup ecosystem के लिए सिर्फ funding या growth का साल नहीं रहा, बल्कि leadership बदलावों का भी एक अहम दौर साबित हुआ। Early-stage से लेकर growth-stage और हाल ही में listed हुई कंपनियों तक, 70 से ज्यादा startups और tech कंपनियों में CEO, co-founder और senior leadership स्तर पर बड़े बदलाव देखने को मिले।

Startup data intelligence platform TheKredible के मुताबिक, 2025 में Indian startups ने 50 नए CEOs की नियुक्ति की। इनमें से:

21 CEOs internal promotions के ज़रिए बने
12 senior executives को co-founder role दिया गया
जबकि 35 top leaders ने अपने पद छोड़े

तुलना करें तो 2024 में कुल 46 leadership changes हुए थे, जिनमें 27 CEO appointments, 3 co-founder elevations और 16 resignations शामिल थे। यानी 2025 में churn साफ़ तौर पर ज्यादा रहा।

2025 में जिन नामी startups और tech कंपनियों में leadership reshuffle देखने को मिला, उनमें शामिल हैं:

इतना ही नहीं, leadership churn सिर्फ private startups तक सीमित नहीं रहा। कई listed entities जैसे:

👔 2025 में नियुक्त हुए नए CEOs

साल 2025 में 50 नए CEOs की नियुक्ति हुई, जिनमें से बड़ी संख्या internal talent से आई।

Lendingkart ने DBS Bank के पूर्व MD प्रशांत जोशी को CEO नियुक्त किया। यह नियुक्ति Temasek-backed Fullerton Financial द्वारा majority stake acquisition के बाद हुई।
Navi Group में बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिला, जहाँ founder Sachin Bansal CEO पद छोड़कर Executive Chairman बने। इसके बाद Rajiv Naresh को Navi Technologies और Abhishek Dwivedi को Navi Finserv का CEO बनाया गया।
Home decor startup Livspace ने COO रमाकांत शर्मा को CEO के तौर पर promote किया।

Stockbroking firm Angel One ने Ambarish Kenghe को Group CEO बनाया।
PharmEasy की parent company API Holdings में Rahul Guha ने CEO की कमान संभाली, Siddharth Shah के exit के बाद।
Foodtech unicorn Rebel Foods में Ankush Grover CEO बने, जबकि founder Jaydeep Barman Chairman की भूमिका में चले गए।
SaaS giant Zoho में co-founder Shailesh Kumar Davey को CEO बनाया गया और Sridhar Vembu ने Chief Scientist की भूमिका संभाली।

जहाँ नई नियुक्तियाँ हुईं, वहीं 15 से ज्यादा startups में co-founders और CEOs ने अपने पद छोड़े।

BluSmart के founders Anmol Singh Jaggi और Puneet Singh Jaggi ने promoter firm Gensol Engineering से जुड़े fraud case के बाद कंपनी से दूरी बना ली।
PharmEasy के co-founders Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, Hardik Dedhia और Harsh Parekh ने exit लेकर नया home improvement venture All Home शुरू किया।

⚠️ हाई-प्रोफाइल CEO exits

Exotel के co-founder और COO Ishwar Sridharan ने 14 साल बाद कंपनी छोड़ी।
OfBusiness के co-founder और CBO Nitin Jain ने resignation देकर नया venture शुरू करने का फैसला किया।
Increff के co-founder और पूर्व CTO Romil Jain ने भी exit लिया।
Freshworks के co-founder Girish Mathrubootham ने operational role से हटकर Together Fund पर फोकस करना शुरू किया।
